Heya,
Maybe I can't find the setting itself but I am having trouble preparing translations for our help-desk portal. Below I have an image of our English portal as viewed by an account in Dutch. Any tips for how I can approach this?
The url is:
https://i3group.atlassian.net/helpcenter/i3connect-support/
What is translatable:
What is not translatable?
Cheers,
Rhys
Welcome to the community.
Did you add languages to your JSM project, so request types will be translated.

Also translation is also related to a users regional settings on a device or even the browser language itself.
Yup, I already did that and it is marked green for the languages, but these items are not included in the options.

Some parts are still not translatable.
Like "related sources" -> https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-17969
KB categories, not been deemed to be done: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8736
You could look on JAC for other related issues on your current non translatable topics.
