Hi.  I’m trying to enable the Knowledge Base feature in Jira Service Desk (cloud).

I have a Confluence Space (cloud) to link to, but I don’t see the option to link to it.  I'm only seeing a option to create a new trial space which is disabled.  I am an Admin for this Project.

I’m following this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/set-up-a-knowledge-base-957150219.html

Thanks in advance

Hi Dan and welcome to Atlassian Community!

As per your screenshot, it looks like Confluence was not linked to your Jira. You mentioned that you already have a space, is your Confluence under the same domain than Jira?
You can check this clicking on Screenshot 2019-01-31_09-35-29.png:

If it's not, you must create a new Confluence site and migrate all your spaces to this new Confluence, so you will be able to use both products together and use Knowledgebase with Jira Service Desk.
You can check the details on the documentation below:
- Knowledge bases must be on the same domain as your service desk

If you have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
