Knowledge Base Related Articles Field

I have an external knowledge base set up and an internal knowledge base linked to a confluence space. The "Knowledge base" custom field related articles only pulls from the external base but I want it to also pull from the internal space as well. Is that possible?

No this is not possible,

A KB with the setting internal is only accessible for licensed Confluence users customers on JSM portal can't access this type of KB.
