Kanban board in Jira Service Management Cloud

Hi,

I would like to show my workflow in a kanban board in Jira Service Management. Is there a way to do this?

Hi @Jader Peixoto Volkmer ,

With only JSM you have an option but it's less extensive.

They added a "Views" option which contains  a Calendar/List and board.

That should already gets you pretty far!

If you also have Jira you could create a regular board and include the JSM project in the filter.

Thank you for the information.

In my case, the JSM cloud was not showing the boards shortcut in the left side menu. So, I access https://MY_INSTANCE.atlassian.net/jira/boards and create a board.

After I configure a shortcut in the leftside menu.
