Hello,
i have seen that i can have Kanban boards for single projects. But is there also a posibility, to have one kanban board for all projects base on maybe an filter or something else?
kind regards
This would be more of a Jira Software question than JSM but if you have a filter of what you'd like on your Kanban board start with a Jira software project click on Boards > select Create Board > Create Kanban Board and you can choose to create a Board from an existing filter where you can use the filter you have looking at multiple projects
Hello @Christopher Yen
thanks for the information.
But I am using Jira Service Mangagement for Customer Projects and it would be also here very helpful to have such an overview in an kanban board, als i already can see it for the single projects und I couldn't find it for an overview of all projects. Do you know if this is working?
kind regards

My mistake I forgot the views feature was added to JSM. I enabled it in my sandbox and it looks like it's the same setup as boards in Jira Software so the instructions are the same, top right of your kanban board click the three dots, then click configure board, and you can update the board filter query to look at multiple projects
