I am the creator and primary manager of a project on your platform. I originally intended to use Jira Software Free Plan to manage my team’s work with boards and tasks. Unfortunately, the project is now mistakenly running under Jira Service Management, and I have lost access to the Jira Software features (Kanban boards, issue tracking, etc.). Yesterday, I could access it, but when I opened the link again after 1 day, issues occurred.
I am extremely worried that if it is not restored to Jira Software, our entire project structure, boards, and workflow will be lost. I do not have admin privileges to change the product access myself, and my workers and I can no longer proceed with my team’s work.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.
Reach out to you admin of your instance and ask what has happened. Atlassian would not change this.
