We need to allow all the IPs available from JIRA Automations (outgoing requests endpoints) in order to whitelist them in our firewalls. Could you please indicate me where i can found them?

Atlassian products and sites don't have fixed individual IP addresses, instead they use defined ranges of IP addresses. You should allow-list these IP ranges to maintain access to Atlassian cloud products and sites: https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com
