Jira flooding e-mails

So I don't know why but jira is sending me every single change that happens in it (as the print shows)

Is there anyway to stop it?

The problem is that this started happing all the suddenly I didn't change any thing on my jira. How can I take my self off as watcher? or is there any way to deactivate e-mail notifications?

You can do a bulk change to remove yourself where you are a watcher.
