Hi,
I'm trying to inform my customers through the Jira Service Desk Customer Portal by adding Status Reports to related Knowledge Base and sharing these reports to my customers on Portal. But when they open any of these articles containing Jira reports, they couldn't be able to see any data, but they see "Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error. View these issues in JIRA" error for each chart or list.
How can I let my customers to see these automatically generated reports from the Customer Portal?
