Jira cloud for sheets is not loading for past few days. How to fix the issue?

Hey Mriganka,

Try the following;

1. Navigate to  https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps

2. Find the entry "Jira Cloud for Spreadsheets" and click on 'Remove access'

3. Log into Sheets again and access the Jira Cloud for Sheets add-on again and click on 'Connect' to connect your site again and go through the prompts

@Airbus Driver I have taken the first 2 steps. Stuck on 3rd step. Not getting option to connect

@Mriganka Dutta- can you try different browsers? Clear the browser cache and retry again.

Hi,

It might be a permission issue, Try this: 

Open your Google sheet->Extension->Jira Cloud for Sheets->Give permissions once again. 

Since it is a free app, you can try removing and adding it again.
