I would like to enquire if Im on current standard plan on jira cloud, can I still have free ITSM for 3 agents ? Current subscription is mostly for project managers and developers around 20 users.
In addition to what @Dave Mathijs mentioned. You need to know that JSW licensing is not the same as JSM licensing. This means that if a JSW user needs to access/manage JSM issues, then he/she must have a JSM agent license.
