Jira Service Management site creation issue

Cannot create a Jira site on a new account. Tried multiple site names, browsers, incognito, mobile, VPN (US), and different networks. Trace ID: 876dbb811e104674bf0c95f1f158a115. Cannot contact support as I have no existing site. Please help.

There is a way to create tickets without the site URL.

Please take these steps to get help:

• Visit our Support portal.

• If you can't log in to the portal, select "Unable to log in" from the options provided.

• Provide your email address.

• How can we help you?* -> Your Account.
• Choose a topic -> Login issues -> Need more help.
• Skip Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number (if applicable) field -> Need more help.
• Describe your issue.
• Submit a ticket.

Support team will be able to look into the problem and help you resolve any outstanding issues immediately.
