Cannot create a Jira site on a new account. Tried multiple site names, browsers, incognito, mobile, VPN (US), and different networks. Trace ID: 876dbb811e104674bf0c95f1f158a115. Cannot contact support as I have no existing site. Please help.

There is a way to create tickets without the site URL.
Please take these steps to get help:
Visit our Support portal.
If you can't log in to the portal, select "Unable to log in" from the options provided.
Provide your email address.
Support team will be able to look into the problem and help you resolve any outstanding issues immediately.
