Jira Service Management site creation issue

Cannot create a Jira site on a new account. Tried multiple site names, browsers, incognito, mobile, VPN (US), and different networks. Trace ID: 876dbb811e104674bf0c95f1f158a115. Cannot contact support as I have no existing site. Please help.

In the future, be advised that it is recommended to not start multiple posts for the same question/issue as this results in scattering of the recommendations for solutions rather than consolidation of them in one place.
