Can Jira Service Management be integrated with IWMS/CAFM systems (Integrated Workplace Management System - repository for floor plans) like Archibus, FM: Systems, Tango Analytics, Sierra View, etc.? I am wondering if JMS has similar capabilities, like ServiceNow, to be used to review/approve a "Workspace Request" in JSM and a ticket be generated in the IWMS/CAFM system for completion and "real-time" workspace location update for employees?

Hi @Fallon Willliams welcome to the community. I've been doing some google searches, and I could be missing something, but I couldn't find anything regarding integration with those systems. Do those systems have an API available to them? If so, there may be some possibilities with using Atlassian's APIs with theirs to get some integration going between the two.
