Good afternoon,
I'm facing a problem where my Jira Service Management instance ( I had the trial going and I intend to continue with the free plan) is in a suspended status and I'm not able to get it back.
I already updated my Payment Details and I don't have any pending invoices.
I have opened a ticket 2 days ago but I still don't have a response.
Could someone please help me?

I can see that you already created a ticket with our customer advocates and they are the best team to help you with this request since only they can reactivate your Jira Service Management subscription.
