Jira Service Management in SUSPENDED status

Good afternoon,

 

I'm facing a problem where my Jira Service Management instance ( I had the trial going and I intend to continue with the free plan) is in a suspended status and I'm not able to get it back.

 

I already updated my Payment Details and I don't have any pending invoices.

 

I have opened a ticket 2 days ago but I still don't have a response.

 

Could someone please help me?

I'm facing the same problem here with my Jira Service Management instance is in a suspended status and I'm not able to get it back. i have only 3 users there, please i need your help. is really important.
