Jira Service Management customer portal not working

Initially I had access to the Jira Service Management portal to submit requests, however now I do not have access and get the /forbidden and error message "... doesn't have access to the help center. Try contacting your admins to grant you permissions." This is when I am signed-in.

When I go to the site in incognito, I have access to the request page, but I can't submit a request. I get this error. "Couldn't send request. You do not have permission to create requests using this Portal."

Please help.

@Diane Lu

Hi, welcome to the community! It's a little weird how the customer permissions work. It sounds like you have an Atlassian account, so the site recognizes you when you are logged in. The issue is that your known account hasn't been granted JSM customer access. You'll need to reach out to the administrators of your instance and ask them to provide your user account with access to the customer portal.
