In our organization we will soon (in a few months) be moving to JSM Cloud as our main ITSM system. What I'd like to know are information for the following scenario:
We want to built a knowledge base for the self-service portal, but we would also like to laverage the power of Atlassian Intelligence - your virtual teammate | Atlassian / Jira Service Management AI-powered virtual agent | Atlassian , once it becomes available. We have Confluence in our Tech Stack as well but that will be the Data Center Version.
Will the virtual assisant / A.I work in suggesting related articles to uses in this scenario or do we need to built the knowledge base through the native JSM knowledge base system?

Not sure if this is still needed, but as far as I know Atlassian Intelligence would need the data to be in Cloud Confluence.
