Hello, I would like to customize my jira service desk to look something like CharlieTravelSyndey (with a search box and groups showing on the same page as the request types)
The current model I'm using shows the groups only and moves to a new page to show associated request types (I don't want that design).

I just checked creating a new project and see that I have the icons & search box within the same page
Can you check creating a new Service Management project and let me know?
