Jira Service Desk Confluence portal does not support anchors?

I have inserted a link with an anchor reference in one of my TSD confluence articles. To my surprise when clicked on the TSD article view the link sends an error...

Does anyone know how to solve this? thanks!

Hi,
Maybe it's the same bug as in the case https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8324
