Jira + Lacework Integration: Alert channel update error

Hi all,

I recently converted a team's service project from team-managed to company-managed, and they're trying to set up a Jira-Lacework unidirectional integration like they had with the former.

We included the same URL, new project key of SECURITY, issue type [System] Service request, and the user name & API access token used are from a user that has proper browse projects & create issues access to the new project.

However, we're getting this error:

This I'm not sure why we're getting an error on, because it's practically the exact same integration we had with the former team-managed service project, with changes only to the project key and issue type.

Any help or pointers in the right direction is much appreciated!
