Jira ITSM Installation Date

Hi there,

Actually I want to learn the first activation/installation date of my Jira ITSM. I couldn't find that info on Settings or Billing tabs.

Hi @Okan Zengin 

I don't think there is a direct page showing that, but I suggest checking the Audit logs (if you have Admin permissions).

• To do this, go to Jira Settings and click on the gear icon on the top right. Then select System
• Click on Audit Log and try to find when you installed the application or created a JSM project.
