Jira Cloud for sheets - resolutiondate empty

Errol June 9, 2023

Hello,

I'm trying to export support tickets information into google sheet.

Everything looks good except that the field resolutiondate is empty for all tickets.
I'm exporting 25 fields and this one is the only one not working correctly.

SLA are set, and tickets are resolved and some are even closed.

Did someone already had this type of issue ?

Hey @Errol, welcome to the community!

Can you please check that all exported issues have a resolution value set? Without a resolution set, issues are not considered resolved in Jira. You can easily see this if the issue key and summary are struck through. :) It doesn't matter if the issue is in a status that belongs to the "Done" category, as long as the resolution is not set. Then the Resolution date should also contain a value.

Best, Max

Hi Max,

Thanks for your quick reply.

Key and summary are not struck :/

I'm sorry I'm pretty new in Jira and I'm discovering by myself.

I though the resolution was made automatically when the satuts is updated to resolved.

Do you know where I can enable the resolution ?

Thank you

I'm glad to hear that. :) If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them in the community. And have a great weekend!

Best, Max
