Jira Cloud Asset notification when user is inactive

Hi

Background:

Everyone in our organization uses Assets in Jira Cloud and adds the Atlassian AccountIDto asset objects. Over time, people leave the company, but we often don’t realize it right away.

Question:
Is there a way to create an automation rule that runs on a schedule, checks whether the user linked in an asset object (via their AccountID) is active or inactive, and — if the user is inactive — sends out an email notification containing that object’s details?

I understand that this could be triggered through an Object Updated event, but that would require another automation to first update the objects, just to start this one.
