I recently enabled Assets on my Jira Cloud instance, but I am unable to create or view schemas. I keep receiving a generic error screen (attached).
Troubleshooting that I have tried: Refreshing the page multiple times. Waited several hours for provisioning. Verified that JSM license which has Assets access is enabled.
Are there any specific global or other level permissions needed to have in order to access these that I need to validate or any other way to fix this?

They should be in touch within 2 working days tops.

You don't have access to Assets on a free tier plan.
You need to be on a paid Premium plan to use Assets.

Even i faced same problem when I tried. Seems it is not yet rolled to our sites.
