Hi Folks,
How does one manage to contact Atlassian support - our Jira Admin has left the company, and when I go to Atlassian Support - I select the product, I input the URL and then there's no option to contact support, as the forms tell me to contact my site admin.
A simple email address would be great.

Hi @Andy Heinzer , I am in a similar situation. Our Admin has left the organisation but also disabled my admin account before he left. Would you be able to lodge a support ticket for me to get my account reactivated so we can then administer our system?

@David I cannot see all the sites you might be a member of, but the one organization I can see for your domain appears to have 4 different org admins. It might be better to contact one of them first, as they would have control of who else would be an admin of that site.
However if there is a different Atlassian Cloud site you are a member of, please let me know the site URL and from there I can create a support case on your behalf if need be.

Hi @Derek Troy , it appears that you are on a Free plan. If that is the case then you don't have access to Atlassian Support services. Is the issue that you want to update the site admin or something else?

I couldn't see any detail as to what plan we were on, but yes I need to update the site admin. From what I've tested previously, it doesn't look like the site was registered to the previous site admins work account.
