Hi guys,
I have an problem with Jira. Our manager has left organisation now and he was the only Site Admin. At this stage we can't invite anyone.
I was trying to use help option but I can't find option to contact support there. I'm not admin or technical contact etc.
Would anyone ba able to help, please?

I was trying to contact support but only admins, billing contacts and technical contacts can do so.

Thanks for reaching out to our Community. I understand the issue is that your Technical/Billing/Site admin has left their role, and you're dealing with the aftermath. With that said, the best path forward is to submit an issue via the Billing and Licensing portal to have your Billing and Technical admin for your organization changed. You can do so here: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
Additionally, and without blame, we suggest you have more than one admin to avoid issues like this in the future. To add additional admins, once you've gained admin access, please see How do I add a technical or billing contact to my account?

Do you have access to the guys that pays the bills? They should have a billing contact that will be able to put you in touch with someone that can help.

The person who left was dealing with all that.
I was trying AI chat and it's advice me to contact Customer Advocate Support but there is no clear instruction hwo to do that. There is no email or any other contact details.
I was hoping meaybe somebody in community can point me to the right direction.
