「あと少しで完了です」のまま、Jiraの管理ページにアクセスできなくなってしまいました。原因が不明です。復旧するのでしょうか?

As you are using a Free plan, ensure your account has the necessary permissions to access the project.
Verify that your Jira Cloud subscription is still active. A site administrator can check this at admin.atlassian.com
If you still face issues then I suggest you to contact Atlassian Support.

管理者の方よりadmin.atlassian.comからアクセス権限は付与いただいており、本日のAM10:00 (Japan)よりいきなりアクセスできなくなってしまいました。
アクセス権限を何もいじらずにいきなりアクセス不能になることはあるのでしょうか?

キャッシュをクリアしても読み込めず、Microsoft Edgeなど別のブラウザを使用しても開くことができませんでした。
ブラウザのステータスを確認すると、ログイン完了後のリダイレクトでループ?のようなものが起きているようです。業務で使用するプロジェクトへアクセスできず困っております。

私だけではなく、別の地域にいるネット環境が違う、同じプロジェクトのメンバーがアクセスしても同じように読み込めませんでした。
Jira自体のページは開くけど、自分のプロジェクトを開くとずっと読み込んでアクセスできない状態です。
