JSM outage for only a small amount of users in our Jira instance

Over the past few days multiple users are finding our Jira instance unavailable. Is this expected? ;(

Is it affecting all users or only a small set of users? However, looking at the image, this seems like a local network issue rather than a Jira problem. Are these users connected to any vpn or proxy that might be contributing to this issue? I believe you should check that out first.

Thanks for the response! It is only affecting a small set of users, like 5/60. It is not a local network issue. In fact, the users presenting the problem, have connectivity to another Jira instance.
