Hello,
some (not all) of our agents told me, that after deployment of new JSM navigation/design JSM is reacting slowly, sometimes, not always.
And sometimes (like today again) they get a message "Derzeit liegt ein Ausfall vor" (There is currently an outage , see screenshot).
We all use same internet, got a actual laptop, using chrome.
Does anybody now somthing about?

Hi @dahu if there could be an outage, it should be showing as an issue on Atlassian's Status Page. I use that often when I'm encountering something unusual just to make sure it's not a system issue.
I don't see any issues at the moment. As you have an Atlassian Enterprise license you can also open an issue with Atlassian Support and they can check on that issue.
