currently my organization is using LINE official account to receive request from our user then our helpdesk take it forward to create ticket in JSM. I have explored that JSM still not have integration between JSM and LINE application. Can you give me advise workaround or solution how we can have API between two applications.
LINE application is the chat application same as whatApp and very popular in Thailand.
If you want to base on Rest API you can use automations to send data from Jira to LINE. I don't know LINE so I don't know how to send data from LINE to JSM. You need to check this. If you will be able to send webhook from LINE, again you can use automations to get webhook and use it. If you will be able configure rest api calls in LINE it also will be perfect.
