JSM Widget free text

I need to add some free text to the JSM Widget we embed on our website so that we can better service our customers.

Something like...'Please use this form to report technical issues, all operational issues should be reported to x'

Can this be done

You can change the description on the request type to display the text that you would like to show.

You also have 25 character limit on widget header to put a message in. Other than that there is not any free text fields that can be added.

Thanks @Brant Schroeder , it works ok ideally we would have ability to customise the form with a piece of free text
