(JSM) Use smart values to link to issue on Remote Jira Instance
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it is possible to use smart values to link to a Jira issue on a remote instance.
We have Jira Service Desk cloud, and we have an on premises Jira instance.
We are able to link to a Jira card from JSD by dropping down, and selecting our Jira instance, then we have the option to choose related to, etc, and then specify the issue key.
Upon card creation we already know and track what the Jira card ID is that we need to link to in the JSD card, so I could read that from the custom field.
The smart value documentation however doesn't have any info relating to completing the rest of the options like specifying the external domain, and then how it is related and then specifying the key.
