I am creating a sandbox project to test my Opsgenie migration Jira Service Management.   I noticed that "Services" are global to the JSM instance and not local to the project.   Is that by design?  

Project:NancyTest1 - created 5 services NVFTestService1-5 

Project:OG2JSM - sees services NVFTestService1-5

Yes, that is by design currently. I believe there are requests to be able to specify which project they belong to, but for now that is not possible.

Here is one of those request, JSDCLOUD-10005, and I would suggest you go and vote and watch it if you want to see it implemented.
