JSM Sandbox can't create ticket via email

Currently I want to try some automation for tickets generated via email, so I have configured under sandbox.
But after the email connection is successful, when there is an incoming mail, the ticket is not created as expected.
Here are some pictures of the Email Requests, does anyone know what this error ?
