This is supposed to be a quick and easy fix, but I have no idea if this is a bug or misconfiguration somehow. In the JSM instance - request forms, I am trying to make a cf "Account Number(s)" mandatory by choosing YES in the Required option, however, for some reason, it does not allow me to choose this option for updating.
Please see the image attached. When the YES option is selected and hit the UPDATE button, there is no effect, or I should say can not UPDATE at all.
Tried to re-add the cf back and failed to make the change either.
The same custom field applied in other forms can work for both value changes - YES/NO.
Is any configuration checking needed? Thanks in advance
