JSM + ROVO - Agent creating sharing

Appoligize in advance if this is a thing already, but quick searching and googling leaves the impression is that ROVO is basically a thing, but resources to aid in creating usefull agents for JSM is rarer than chickens teeth.. 

For my own part im looking to build new agents and automations to complement incoming issues with relevant information, similar issues from reporter and if no relevant issues found search other issues within same project within a reasonable timeframe.

Additionally any other clever ideas to complement issues giving the initial agent a head start on problemsolving.

What exact issue are you having? Are you asking if something like this is feasible or not? What was your approach when creating an agent like this? Have you tried using Forge for advanced Rovo capabilities such as creating an agent or just an action?

Goal of the post is getting inspiration / real usecases that can be used for inspiration when creating an agent for our specific use. Fair warning, im still on novice level when it comes to AI agents, I understand the basics and fundamental logiq, but my skill level lacks when it comes to build a fully functional agent.
