JSM Opsgenie - Create OG Teams based on JSM Groups
Has anyone figured out how to create an OG Team based on the members of a JSM Group?
From what I understand, I have to create a new "Team" in Opsgenie that represents the same users I have already added access to in the Project with a Group. This is a real PITA as my Groups are provisioned with Active Directory, and I do little active management. I am currently on the commercial OG and want to move to my JSM Premium subscription, but it looks like I lose the ability to provision Teams automatically.
A script runner/API job would be fine - I hate reinventing the wheel.
Wish list of JSM/OG Scripts
- create a team and add all the users from the equivalently named JSM group to the team
- Create a template for an email integration to be created for all Teams.
- Create "Default" Notification Policies across all Teams
