Has anyone ever gotten this to work? I have a trial Twilio account, I have my account SID, my API key SID, and my secret, plus of course the phone number.
Also a note: the phone number itself kept saying "invalid" until I added the +1 to it. A hint on that would have been nice.
When I try to verify I just get this message - no error # or anything to give me an idea what is wrong at all:
Did you follow this reference page when setting up your JSM/Twilio integration?
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/integrate-with-twilio/
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph
No, because that is not what I am trying to do. I am trying to setup Incoming Call Routing. This only works with Twilio numbers so I created a trial in Twilio.
In the dev browser console I can see the error "Integration cannot be saved. Either the given Twilio credentials are wrong or the given phone number does not belong to Twilio account."
It appears to probably be a limitation of the Twilio trial, so I'm waiting on a call from their sales people.

Great.. Please update once you get Twilio vendor's response.
I was going to suggest for you to contact Twilio vendor for technical support too since Twilio is not a product by Atlassian...
Best, Joseph

I am still waiting on tech support, but it seems like something in their trial system didn't provision the phone number right. I am getting back a failure response saying I do not own the phone number when I clearly am using the one that was provisioned automatically for me. I'll update again when I have a full resolution.
