JSM Case studies or success stories for Ship Line/Freight Forwarding

Does anybody have a usecase or some reference for Ship Line/Freight Forwarding achieved using JSM?

welcome to community!

I’ve handled a customer that ships items worldwide. Here are some real use cases:

• The customer can submit X rows to request items.
• The customer can submit X rows to return items, reporting any detected issues and referencing the related order.
• Dispatch notes must be validated by Agents.
• Supplier/courier information must be recorded in Assets and automatically associated with the proper item (e.g., PCs → Dell, Printers → Zebra).
• The supplier can forward the receipt only after the Agents/Customers confirm that the delivery has been completed.

To achieve these points, I installed an external plugin (Table Grid) to handle multiple order lines.

To allow Agents or Suppliers to fill in their part, I used the out-of-the-box Forms, making them publicly accessible via automation only in certain status.

For the last point, I exposed the transaction on the portal so that Customers and Agents can autonomously confirm the delivery.
