Linked Issue Field is currently hidden on Customer Portal. How do we make it visible?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There’s not a way to do this in the customer portal of JIRA Service Desk out of the box, but there is a feature request for this over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4636 which will be looked at in accordance with Atlassian’s New Features Policy
