JIRA meeting - automation

Hi all,

I have such case and I'm looking for a solution. I

 need to create an automation rule in JIRA that will
- generate link to meeting (teams, zoome, google not important)
- will send this link to customer 0> that the easy part :) 

Is there any integration that give me the possibility to generate in jira automation meeting links?

Hi @Anna Arczynska,

As far as I know, there’s no built-in Jira automation action to generate video conference links with the Standard plan. However, JSM Premium includes a Zoom and Teams integration to help manage major incidents: Use chat and video tools to resolve incidents as a team.

You might also find a solution on the Atlassian Marketplace, there are integrations available for Zoom and Teams, among others. I haven’t personally used these apps, but just sharing to show what’s available.

Yeah I saw that ones but there is no information about hot to use Zoom or Teams in jira automation if they will have such generator. 

I do not looking for a free solution this may be some app from marketplace, but this generator is very important.

With Premium, there's actually an automation action to create a Teams meeting: Create Microsoft Teams chat or meeting for incident
