JIRA don't allow to change the workflow transition name.

Created project from ITSM templates. I tried change transition name. JIRA don't allow to change the workflow transition name.
Error message: "The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation."

It seems that full error message you can check only in log-file.

As a Cloud user try to raise a request to Cloud support Team, like told @Andy Heinzer here.

That said, if you're here because you have a problem like the one above, I would suggest that you create a technical support case with our Cloud support team.  Our technical support team will have access to more logging of that application.

• complete that form
