I'm a JIRA admin trying to allow users to raise tickets via Slack.
I wanted to confirm if someone with who does not have a jira account can create an issue via slack using the JIRA cloud app for the service desk.
I am figuring out if we can allow customers to report their issues via slack to us.

The Jira Cloud for Slack app does depend on users in Slack having an active license in Jira in order to create tickets.
We do have a service which might be of help though: Halp! This is a Slack app that makes conversations between Slack users and support a lot easier.
