JIRA Service Management interface is different

I was just wondering why my JSM UI differs from my other one. 

Here's my current JSM:

and can I change the first UI to the second UI?

Atlassian is rolling out a new navigation experience in beta testing. It may have been activated for the site in the first image

Thanks for the feedback, I didn't find the answer from those links according to reset the UI same as the first UI.

Individuals may be able to turn off the new navigation and return to the original navigation by going to their Personal Settings, looking on the General Settings tab for the Jira Labs section, and disabling the new navigation option there.

If the users don't see an option there for it, the Jira Administrator needs to be contacted. They can reach out to Atlassian Support directly to request that the New Navigation Experience be turned off for their site.

Thank you @Trudy Claspill , I appreciated your response so much. I just tried it by disabling all the features under Jira Lab Section but cannot find the setting for the Navigation. I assure already logged in as Admin.

I recommend that you contact Atlassian Support directly about getting the new navigation disabled for your site.

Welcome to the community.  I agreed with what @Trudy Claspill suggested to get Jira Admin team involvements to contact the vendor to disable the new UI to maintain the ability to have just one common UI presentation among your users as a whole.

In our envs, we always roll out the new design to our users with some additional trainings to inform them the changes got introduced.  This ensures that all users are all on-boarded and understood the changes properly.
