JIRA SD Custom application

Hi, I'm new to JIRA and wants to be guided by your expertise and knowledge.

In JIRA SD, there is a process which is ITSM and it has a workflow behind this.

So given that we have a JIRA SD application itself with ITSM process only.

May we know if we can add another process (example: Reservation process) on the same platform which is JIRA SD

That structure will be like this: JIRA SD > which has two modules > ITSM and Reservation.

May we know if we can achieve this in JIRA? Kindly guide us

You have to provide more details about how you want to implement this "integration", iff you speak about integration.

Jira can be combined seamless with the other Atlassian products and can speak to other apps using REST API.
