We're switching from a Data Center instance to JIRA Cloud and the topic of our assets import configuration is a headache.
Within Data Center, it's possible to import information from a server via Microsoft SCCM and Database, where we can use the Target URL and Directory in order to connect and collect the info that we need.
However, Cloud doens't have these options, only CSV / JSON / Discovery and the new 'External Import'.
I'm trying to find a way to connect the Cloud onto these targets the same way that we've used to do in Data Center.
Does anyone know of a way to do this?
HI @Nathan Vinicius Vital Santos
Use Data Manager for this, on Cloud there is no native external import.
Or look at 3rd party solution on the marketplace

Hello again @Marc -Devoteam-
Thank you very much, but do you know of any other way to do it outside of Data Manager? It's mainly due to the fact of Data Manager being a Premium-Plan Resource.

Hi @Nathan Vinicius Vital Santos
The options that where on DC are not in Cloud, you could see the marketplace for this Beta from Atlassian Labs, search for "JSM Assets - Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)"
Then you will need a 3rd party solution like the ones provided by the vendor PIO on the marketplace.

I agreed with Marc suggestion. Or, you can also contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for their assistance.
Just wondering for your migration to the Cloud - Are you doing this by your own team or with migration vendor partners?
Hope this also helps.
Best, Joseph
