Hello everyone,
our queues seems to be stuck. Work items are not appearing on Jira, even tho they are there and our automation to notify SLA breach works fine. In fact, the automations are running but the issues are nowhere. If I search the work item key, I find it.
No changes has been made anywhere on Jira, the problem started happening about 1-2 hours ago.
Also, the queue that is used for ticket "In progress" now also shows "Closed" tickets, that should disappear.
Can someone help me?
I didn't tried it, since now seems to have returned to it's correct behaviour.
I think it was a temporary outage on Atlassian servers, even tho the status page reported that everything was functional.
Thanks for your support, I'll keep everything monitored
In case it happen again, I'll try to edit the queue and see if the queries are accurate.
