Issue with Personal checklist

Hello everyone,

Today turned up issue with App "Personal checklist"

All templates turned up description in open HTML Code - please see screenshot in attachment

Also i can say that this issue touchs as new open tickets and also old closed tickets.

Can someone tell me why this happened.
