I still cannot receive the new entries generated from the email, I have been unable to receive them for 3 months and no one has attended me.

In this case, you should always submit a formal support request for Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com), so they can assist your urgent request.
For community posting, if you can provide more details of your setup + additional information on "not receiving new entries based on emails", then we can look into it further and provide suggestions.

Since you're on a Premium plan, I would open a ticket with Atlassian Support. Atlassian Support can work with you to validate your email configuration for your JSM project.
