Issue created trigger not visible

Hi,

I want to use the incident / request created/ updated trigger and want to call the SNOW API to create corresponding incident / request. But when I go to the Automation -  Flow - Add a Trigger option , i do not see the issue created trigger, I only see the following options, M I missing something? trigger_options.png

Hello @vishalkalra 

Jira has been moving more UI wording from issue to work item, so the trigger name has changed in some places.

Look under "Work Item Triggers" for "Issue" or "Work Item Created

Semantically, it makes sense; not every work item is an issue 😊
