In the new Service Management issue view the field "Issue Type" is nowhere to be found even though we have it configured to show up in the configure screen section. We can switch to "old view" and see the issue type field. This is one of several fields that are configured and no longer show up after switching to the new view.
correct. One way to see the issue type into change in select issue type is by clicking on the issue type icon as shown below in the image.
